Customized Products Since most of our products are made to order with the name or design you choose, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. Damage or Errors on Our Side If your product arrives damaged or with a production error that differs from your order details, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, and we will repair or remake it at no extra cost. Errors in Order Details The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the name, phrase and customization details entered in the order, and exchanges do not cover errors made by the customer. Cancellation & Deposit • Orders can be cancelled before production starts, and the deposit will be fully refunded. • After production starts, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
